1. The Distributors should deliver the free ROUNDUP together with the Dealer’s DEKALB orders.
   
   
2. FREE one (1) LITER of ROUNDUP for every 2 bags of any DEKALB Hybrids should be given to the farmers.
   
   
3. Dealer purchases under this program will be on a NO RETURN condition. 
    
4. This program does not include DK8332S and Hybrids under Subsidy (Tender) program.
   
   
5. DEKALB Tandem ng Taniman Free ROUNDUP - CLAIM FORM will be issued to each Dealer to track free ROUNDUP distribution, which will require farmer signature as proof of receipt.  Bayer Representative will collect the CLAIM FORM on a periodic basis.
